The second collection exhibition is titled “To the Last Generation, Kim Yong-ik” and its catalogue. This exhibition recognizes the close relationship between the flow of modern art and society through the Kim Yong-ik archive, and reveals his actions of contemplating criticism and alternative methods for society and culture with a self-reflective attitude. The catalogue includes research papers analyzing Kim Yong-ik’s work world and archives, and is composed to examine the emotional value in addition to the informational and evidentiary value of art records. | ||
