Since the emergence of the "e;Bidun"e; issue in the early era of oil, and its complexity in a troubled regional environment, the State of Kuwait has tried to offer various proposals to resolve it, but it certainly remained one of the most difficult issues in the solution in the modern history of the Gulf states. This issue specifically contributes to highlighting a wide range of phenomena related to the formation of some modern countries, the process of building national identity, as well as the development of the concept of nationality, its material importance and its relationship to the region.
