This booklet provides a survey of the activities of the dOCUMENTA (13) Maybe Education and Public Programs, including congresses, lectures, and seminars throughout the 100 days of the exhibition. The programs also include specific activities for kids and teens, investigations into the 100 Notes - 100 Thoughts publication series, poetry readings, and film screenings. Various activities initiated by the participants of dOCUMENTA (13) - encounters, talks, performance-like situations, and artworks that engages with the audience - are highlighted by this booklet's index. 'Rather than merely attempting to interpret the artists' works, the Maybe Education and Public Programs of dOCUMENTA (13) address the many ways of altering our thinking while perceiving. Aesthetics are not commandeered in the service of politics or knowledge, but taken as an opportunity to present the reverse of the known - the Maybe - the special form of inquiry and research that takes place through art.' (Exerpt from 'Introduction') Includes a calendar of events and a site map.
