Author: Burhan Ghalyun. ثير النزاع القائم بين أنصار الدولة العلمانية وأنصار الدولة الإسلامية أسئلة متزايدة في الوعي العربي، ولم تعد هذه الأسئلة من مشاغل المثقفين وحدهم ولكنها أصبحت تطرح نفسها على كل فرد يعمل أو يريد أن يعمل في السياسة في منطقتنا ومن هذه الأسئلة ما يتعلق بماهية السياسة، وعلاقتها بالدين، ومنها ما يتعلق بمفهوم الدولة ذاتها ومعناها، ومنها ما يتعلق بمعنى الدين ومفهومه في مجتمعاتنا، ومنها ما يتعلق بالحركة الإسلامية المعاصرة وأسباب نشوئها وتطورها. فلماذا كان هناك نزاع بين الدين والدولة؟ وما هو مضمون هذا النزاع وآفاقه؟ للإجابة على ذلك يرجع الكتاب إلى الأصل التاريخي لهذا النزاع، فيكتشف محركة في روح التنافس، الذي بعثه ظهور الدولة بين منطق المراهنة على الولاء الروحي الأخلاقي-المنتج للجماعة-ومنطق المراهنة على الترتيب الإداري-السياسي المنتج للدولة. ففي هذا التنافس تبرز في نظر الكاتب جذور الثورة الدينية ورهانها على الأخوة الروحية في الرد على الدولة القهرية، والثورة السياسية ورهانها على المواطنة الحرة في مواجهة الردة الدينية، كما تبرز العلاقة الجدلية بينهما إن السبب الأكبر في فساد الأرضية النظرية التي يطرح من خلالها اليوم موضوع الإسلام في سبيل تجييره لصالح المعركة السياسية. وهذا هو ما يمنع البحث العلمي فيما يتعلق بالإسلام والدين عامة، ويقصر الموضوع على المناقشات والتعليقات والحوارات السياسية واتخاذ مواقع الدفاع أو العداء The ongoing conflict between supporters of the secular state and supporters of the Islamic state raises increasing questions in the Arab consciousness. These questions are no longer the concern of intellectuals alone, but have begun to pose themselves to every individual who works or wants to work in politics in our region. Some of these questions relate to the nature of politics and its relationship to religion, some relate to the concept of the state itself and its meaning, some relate to the meaning of religion and its concept in our societies, and some relate to the contemporary Islamic movement and the reasons for its emergence and development. So why was there a conflict between religion and the state? What is the content of this conflict and its prospects? To answer this, the book returns to the historical origin of this conflict, discovering a driver in the spirit of competition, which was sparked by the emergence of the state between the logic of betting on spiritual and moral loyalty - which produces the group - and the logic of betting on the administrative-political arrangement that produces the state. In this competition, the writer sees the roots of the religious revolution and its bet on spiritual brotherhood in response to the oppressive state, and the political revolution and its bet on free citizenship in the face of religious apostasy. The dialectical relationship between them also emerges.
