Publisher: Dar Al Maraya for Cultural Production, Cairo. يفترض الكاتب هشام جعفر أن هناك سردية جديدة لانتفاضات الربيع العربي تعلن نهاية صيغ القرن العشرين، وفي القلب منها دولة ما بعد الاستقلال والحركات السياسية الإسلامية. والعلمانية التي استندت إلى أيديولجيات شمولية، وأننا بصدد صيغ جديدة لم تتماسس بعد، صيفا غلب عليها الاحتجاج وافتقدت إلى بلورة قاعدتها الاجتماعية الحاضنة والدافعة لها، وإن اتخذت مظاهر قيمية وثقافية عميقة، فما ظهر بشكل ملموس هو عجز الحركات الاجتماعية أو اللاحركات الاجتماعية عن تحقيق ما تصبو إليه ورغم محاولات البعض إلصاق عدم الاستقرار وتصاعد الصراعات بحقبة الربيع العربي، ففي رأيهم أنه قوض الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي في عدد من الدول، وأشعل حتى الآن ثلاثة حروب أهلية، وترك 10 ملايين لاجئ معظمهم في سوريا ولبنان والأردن وتركيا، إلا أن الكاتب يلفت إلى ضرورة التمييز بين جوهر الربيع العربي وبين عدم القدرة على إدارة مقتضيات الفترات الانتقالية من ناحية، وإلى عدم إدراك طبيعة الفترات الانتقالية و ما يسودها من هواجس ومخاوف تعوق قدرتها على بناء التوافقات المرحلية أو القطع مع الممارسات السياسية التي سبقت التغيير من ناحية أخرى Writer Hisham Jaafar assumes that there is a new narrative of the Arab Spring uprisings that announces the end of the twentieth century formulas, and at the heart of it is the post-independence state and Islamic political movements. Despite the attempts of some to attribute instability and escalation of conflicts to the era of the Arab Spring, in their opinion, it undermined political and economic stability in a number of countries, and has so far sparked three civil wars, leaving 10 million refugees, most of them in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey. However, the writer points out the necessity of distinction.
