Formatted contents note	من خلال مجموعة من الوثائق النادرة تكشف د. إلهام شمالى فى كتابها « كيف استوطنوا فلسطين؟» ، الصادر عن دار المرايا، قصة كيرين هايسود أو (صندوق تأسيس فلسطين ) هذا الستار الذى استتر وراءه شكل التمويل لمشروع ( صندوق تمويل الاستيطان الصهيوني) ، وكيف تأسست المؤسسات الاقتصادية الصهيونية فى فلسطين قبل عام 1948 ، متتبعة دور هذا الصندوق فى خدمة المشروع الصهيونى عبر جمع تبرعات من دول العالم لدعم وتسهيل الهجرة اليهودية إلى فلسطين وتوفير كل مقومات الحياة للمستوطن الوافد. تشير المؤلفة إلى أن هناك مجموعة من الحركة الصهيونية اعتنقت فكرة الهجرة اليهودية والاستيطان الصهيونى بفلسطين ، منهم من دعا للبدء ببناء المستوطنات وأن تتم الهجرة تدريجيا و إقامة صندوق قومى لجمع التبرعات من أثرياء اليهود لتمويل الهجرة وشراء الأراضى وإرساء دعائم الاستيطان، بينما رأى البعض منهم أن الهجرة اليهودية والاستيطان بفلسطين يجب أن يكون فريضة دينية على اليهود القيام بها ، بحيث تتم الهجرة والاستيطان بدعم من الأمم الأخرى. وبذلك تم استغلال الدين اليهودى والعائلات الثرية لخدمة المشروع الصهيونى .
