Tacet is a project that investigates sound and noise as a common ground between deaf and hearing cultures. Its council is made up of artists and academics from sound and performance, design, cultural studies and psychology, including fashion label Bless, Inigo Wilkins, Sandra Terdjman and Gregory Castera, Basem Ahmad Abdel Ghaffar, Wendy Jacob.
